e-STULZ: Total digital service

The e-STULZ digital service chain starts with the EAN coding of the infrastructural building management systems upon commencement of the contract, and continues on into the Internet via our service technicians’ PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants) all the way to the STULZ Service Portal for our customers.

EAN coding of all components

All systems with a service contract can be identified with an EAN code upon commencement of the contract, if you so wish. Our STULZ service technician then enters the EAN code together with each service provided into our central service database via PDA. The status of your system is therefore comprehensively documented in the database. You, the plant operator, have complete control at all times over the running costs and break-even point of your system. You can therefore budget for new investments in good time and so optimise costs.

Online access to reports

You can find your systems, their history and order status in a protected area online. And you can comprehensively track all service orders with your web browser via the e-STULZ Internet Service Portal.

Alarms, maintenance dates, service orders and service reports are documented in detail. The e-STULZ Service Portal is updated every 30 minutes.

Up-to-date downloads

Furthermore, e-STULZ has downloads available of operating manuals, technical specifications and software updates.e-STULZ Service Portal
